Bring a certified medical certificate from the appropriate authorities attesting to the passenger’s COVID-19 recovery within one month of the date of recovery to the date of travel.

Key points to note:

English or Arabic-language certificates for PCR tests or vaccinations, whether printed or digital, must have a QR code. Certificates from SMS are not recognized.

As long as the immunization certificate is issued by test centers/organizations recognized/approved by the national health authority of the country, COVID-19 vaccination certificates without a QR code will be accepted for travel to Dubai.

COVID-19 PCR test results or translations of immunization records are admissible as long as they can be verified at the point of departure.

A molecular diagnostic test designed for the qualitative identification of nucleic acid for SARS-COV-2 viral RNA must serve as the foundation for PCR assays. Quick lateral flow tests, rapid antigen, rapid antibody, and home test kits of any kind will not be accepted.

NHS COVID-19 test certificates will not be approved for travel from the UK to Dubai.

For transit travelers, the admission requirements for the ultimate location will apply.
